Congratulations to Justin Riddleberger (PHS Class of 2026) who was recently accepted into the 2026 Mid-Atlantic High School Honor Band, hosted by Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia. The event will be held from January 30th-February 1st and will be led by Shenandoah music faculty and internationally renowned composer of concert band literature, Viet Cuong.
