Job well done by our students at the Salisbury University High School Math Competition today! Thank you Brody Webster, Apeksha Agarwal, Rachel Arvi, and Robert Simmons for representing the RAMFAM and thank you Mrs. Amey for setting this up!

Parkside High students recently participated in an educational visit with Cato Gas Oil & Propane and Wor-Wic Community College’s CDL program, exploring career pathways in the trucking industry. Through interactive learning activities and a simulator provided by Wor-Wic, students examined the functions of a Cato Oil truck and observed the practical application of academic skills in math, science, and technology in real-world transportation careers. Students gained insight into the requirements for earning a CDL and discussed various career options within the field. We extend our sincere appreciation to Cato Gas Oil & Propane and Wor-Wic Community College for their valuable participation and support.

Congratulations to Alison Cornish, and her Parkside CTE team, who applied for and were granted a Community Foundation Grant for a SkillsUSA Bootcamp! Thank you Alison for your work on this and Community Foundation for providing the grant!

This morning two CTE students were recognized for outstanding achievements in their CTE programs. Both students received a monetary award and will have their names engraved on a plaque that will hang in the CTE office.
